Gratitude can be incredibly powerful way to reframe a day. It means you focus on the good things, the things that were important. These moments do not need to be big. It can be as simple as appreciating a nice coffee, flowers, laughing with a friend.
It doesn’t mean we don’t validate the feelings of sadness or frustration or the things going wrong.
It means we experience fully the good and the bad. Appreciating the good gives us the strength to deal with the bad. It fills us up. Those tiny moments in the day that are going well. Strung together over time, they make a life well lived.
